I turned 40 and I swear it all went to hell!! I don't know wtf, but everything all those dumbass commercials say happens at 40 ACTUALLY happened at 40!!
I fucking got fat! I seriously gained 20 pounds in less than 3 months! I don't know how or why, but I'm in the process with the doc to figure me out.
I went to the doc yesterday and she told me we were going "strip me down" and start over. This is her way of saying your lifestyle and current medication are fucked up and we're going to take them all out and start over. I would love to balk at this, because my plan had been to walk into the office, complain, have her prescribe me something to fix this shit, and done. However, I know I need a reset and my body is clearly screaming this, so I am embracing the idea.
